wow I live in the same neighborhood and some of these kids are really rude. and then with the kids broke the pool by our house by throwing a chair in it and chipping a step.
hopefully it was the little jerk who keyed my moms car while she was vistiing. and what was sad i was out mowing the yard but on the side of the house. and we live on a very busy street Vienna Apple and no one saw anything.
