haha yeah pearland wanting the "taxation by citation" (saw someone else put that and liked it) the one pearland cop i was stopped by talked to me asking me about college and where i went... haha then he found out i was a criminal justice minor and laughed saying i should know better

That's all jurisdictions every where these days. The city coffers have to be filled so I just expect it and don't speed. That's my way of protesting taxation by citation.
