Charles, what do you think of this?

Most CHL/LEO contacts are positive, how about yours? Bloopers are fun, but no names please, if it will cause a LEO problems!

wouldn't 411.207 pretty much void their policy? i guess since DPS doesn't have any enforcement ability under the CHL provisions, they can't do anything, but surely this would be good fodder for a civil action. n'est pas?
