Rule 3

Most CHL/LEO contacts are positive, how about yours? Bloopers are fun, but no names please, if it will cause a LEO problems!

Welcome aboard TxD. Yes serious & if I were the officer doing the cuffing it would be more than a "blooper". That is an old video for us that have been around but a VERY GOOD ONE for the new guys. I commend the officer on the ground for his composure under fire.
High stress. Keep your pull hook off the volumn switch.

Best case is    that will never be forgotten.
Worst is one that will haunt you every time you close your eyes.

Man, I was so engrossed with the poor cuffing technique that when the gun was fired (not went off) it took me completely by surprise ( I had the volume up on the speakers).

Yowzaaaa! Thats spooky.

It's a [10yod rule] when you have to call for backup to protect you from your backup.

Don't Ask Me How I Know This.

I think of this when I hear people say things like "double action triggers are inherently safe." Folks, the most effective safety is between your ears. Making the trigger pull harder (reference NY Glock triggers) isn't the answer to increased safety any more than making more gun laws for the criminals to ignore makes us safer. [/rant]
