Private university's will be able to choose whether or not to allow them, and I go to a private university, I agree that if private they should be able to choose. I hope mine chooses correctly, and of course I think we should have a debate before votes are cast, I will of course volunteer to debate any of the administration who is on the other side.
I think the stigma attached with it at universities now will be lessened, and the school will be more open for debate about it, a public debate showing the great number (at least my school has, I know of personally 5 people who have theirs, which means there's well more than that that do) will put more pressure on the administration to have a solid opinion backing it up. Plus with a debate it's easier to do that having each individual CHL write the (unnamed) administrator who is in charge of that and get written permission.dicion wrote:
