Just to clarify, I made the circuit this morning and noticed that there is a "City of Rowlett" sign at the end of the bridge (just at the start of the causeway on the Rowlett side of the lake. Directly across the street (on the right hand side) is a 40 MPH sign. I think any thoughts of fighting the ticket is doomed to failure.
