At what point are the courts going to start requiring judicial pre-review of proposed gun restrictions like they did for voting laws in southern states during reconstruction?
It seems like there is a very clear pattern of state and local governments that are willing to trample on the civil rights of Americans in this respect. And if they can just continually pass new unconstitutional restrictions faster than the courts can strike them down then the effect is to deny our civil rights.
