I have a family member that is looking for housing in The Woodlands, or nearby, from early January through mid-April of 2021. They will be working on temporary assignment at one of the local medical centers off I-45. A convenient commute is desirable.
An ideal situation would be to sublet a furnished apartment, or possibly find someone with a separate space for rent. Perhaps a garage apartment or a pool-house studio, or similar space with separate entrance, kitchen, etc. Furnished is very much preferred.
Definitely not interested in a room inside someone's home with shared common spaces due to COVID.
They have a few leads on furnished, short-term apartments and AirBnB's in the area, but are hoping to find something more affordable. Short-term corporate rental places are pretty expensive.
