That, sir, is a great question, but I'll bump it one further. What is the status of ANY legislation this session? I have heard very little compared to past years, I have no clue what's going on in Austin this time.

Agreed! I was thinking the same thing. I was also wondering if this is because of the trolls and MDA fools on here. Kinda “left hand right hand” thing...

I am of the frame of mind that if they get zero done, it was a success. The majority of laws are passed to gather revenue or add another layer of bureaucracy to our lives.
In certain extreme situations, the law is inadequate. In order to shame its inadequacy, it is necessary to act outside the law to pursue a natural justice.

What accomplishments? I see only House and Senate Concurrent Resolutions, congratulating or acknowledging people or places. I see no legislation at all. Surely this is list is woefully incomplete. :totap:

I don't know that any pro-2A bills have passed both House and Senate.
HB302 passed and being considered in public hearings today in the Senate.
HB121 passed and is pending in Senate Committee.

By the lack of podcasts or updates to the bill tracking on Texas Firearms Coalition website https://www.texasfirearmscoalition.com/ ... ve-session I'd have to guess that Charles and TSRA are diligently working to make sure no anti-2A bills are passed.
IMHO, those who chose and elected Bonnen killed all hope of real progress to 2A rights in Texas this session.

And almost half of the bills passed were about one weekend event honoring Medal of Honor winners, who deserve all the recognition they can get. However, this is not what we send them to Austin to do. :grumble
If this is the best than can do, perhaps they all need to be primaried out.
