HB 1126 - Immunity from civil liability for businesses that do not prohibit Concealed Carry

In other words, a business owner cannot be held liable for damages for allowing a lawful activity.
Only applies to 30.06/concealed carry.

It's a good law, but I don't believe it is really needed though. I haven't heard of a property owner being held liable for not posting in Texas.

Amen. When the right case walks into the office of the right lawyer, arguments will be made. We're better off with a statute expressly saying this argument is a loser.
