good photo of Poncho "panic button" if you forgot what he looks like
If I understand correctly, he could deduct from taxes the trips in his lawfirm's airplane to the border to be on TV news protesting the Wall etc and hmmm ... (I'd like to see tax returns)
So ... those protests of his at "The Wall" were because it made importation of his product harder so he had to fly down there?

---According to the affidavit, Poncho arrived in Austin that day flying a private Cessna T206 owned by the Nevarez Law Group. He was arriving from the Texas-Mexico border http://directactiontx.com/dps-affidavit ... s-cocaine/

AUSTIN, Texas (Nexstar) — President Donald Trump will visit the Southern border in Texas Thursday as he continues to push for a border wall. But leaders in Texas with ties to border communities say they’d rather see him address other priorities.
Rep. Poncho Nevarez, D-Eagle Pass, has a home on the river.
“I tell people, do you really think I would live next to the river if I thought my family was in danger?” he said.

Did I miss it, or is he only not running for re-election? Is he not resigning?
Where are the calls for his resignation?

Re: DPS Affidavit: Poncho Nevarez Dropped his Cocaine
I don't intend to sympathize much with criminals breaking righteous laws, but I have to wonder - how many citizens suffered punishment under laws Nevarez helped pass?
It seems like there might thousands of counts of hypocrisy. I can't say I'm either angry or much surprised, but I am thoroughly disgusted. I don't wish any injustice to be served against him, but a ten year sentence and three years actual time sounds fair. He wouldn't have had lunch with me, but maybe I can help buy him a thousand hot meals.

Funny how criminals like Nevarez consistently support gun control
