Felony for 3D Printing firearms parts. Felony for intentionally or knowingly possessing, transporting, repairing or selling a 3D printed firearm part.

It would not fly. There are Federal Cases that building your own firearm or part of for one's use is protected under the 1stA and 2ndA too.

Quite bad since the definition of 3D printer in the bill is overly broad and looks like it would include CNC machines as well. "20) "Three-dimensional printer" means a device capable of producing a three-dimensional object from a digital model."".

I’m sure this is intentional, to squash the millions of people who they think have a $500K 6-axis CNC machine in their garages.....

I agree that it's intentional since it would include major manufacturers who routinely utilize such devices in their processes and not just guys in their homes with a $500 home built printer. All those nice billet receivers, cool machined aluminum handguards...or anything else on a firearm made by a machine that is digitally controlled rather than a simple analog mechanism. Actually, even most of the cast parts would go through a machining process to finish them.
