It contains a lot of what the forum members already know, but it's good to see it in print.

I got a little chuckle out of this line. Emphasis mine.The cultural shift may also help to explain the U.S. Supreme Court’s sudden discovery of the Second Amendment in 2008, when it invalidated Washington D.C.’s handgun ban.
