I finally received a response and have updated my signature.

I used the form letter and tweaked it a bit to suit my purpose, and emailed it to my Rep. I don't think it will do any good. Longoria almost always votes along party lines.

According to a quick search, my representative has a 7% rating from the NRA. (Why yes, I do live in Travis County. How did you guess?)
So I'm not sure I should contact her and get myself on a list.

Eh, given that she was just indicted by a grand jury on 13 Felony Counts of tampering with public records and 2 misdemeanor counts of abuse of official capacity I don't think contacting her would do you any good...
