Lewisville Road Rage? incident
Unfortunately, Lewisville is in the headlines too often for the last couple of days. This one won't help. I was Sam's parking lot when all the red and blue light were rolling that way - and avoided the area. All of the details I know for now: http://www.crosstimbersgazette.com/2015 ... ign=buffer

I'm sure there's more to the story but I wouldn't want to defend myself for shooting a 73 year old sitting in his car.
Re: Lewisville Road Rage? incident
Barring the older gentleman ramming or attempting to ram the younger man in a truck I also think it is going to be difficult for the shooter to convincingly articulate why he feared for his life.

Considering they still haven't arrested or charged anyone, there may be something more here. Not saying they won't, but if it was as cut and dry as it appears I'd think it would have been done already.
