The 19 yo has 3 cases pending from his earlier years as a juvenile. Released on bond with ankle monitor and told not to contact victims.

CHL not arrested.

I wish we could get this for Houston, and other Texas towns.

And to think, like the "got aways" at the border, these are only the crimes that are known and prosecuted. Leopards ain't gonna change all their spots and turn into zebras overnight. I wonder how many serious crimes on-bond felons committed that never made that list?
