Not sure if there's video available from this interview.
Of campus carry, Straus said, “I think the way we did it was fine.”

during the discussion of campus carry, Straus offered the revelation that “I had a gun with me when I went to college out of state.”

Asked about controversial legislation that allows students with licenses to carry concealed handguns on campus, Straus said he thinks colleges have enough discretion to make campus carry laws work in Texas. “I had a gun with me when I went to college out of state," he said.

There are a lot of guns on campuses all over the country already.

Colorado seems to have had no issues in 12 years... How many times does it have to be pointed out that license holders aren't the ones you should be worried about? It's the bad guys, and they don't care about gun free zones!
