Sen. Huffines is killing the HB910. I just called his office to politely state that. 512-463-0116.

I also called and informed that I support the amendment, but regretfully am requesting that he pull the amendment in the interest of passing HB910.

I called and thanked him for the amendment, but asked him to pull it to keep from killing HB910.

Good suggestion, Charles. I also just now called. I thanked his staff for his passion, I told them that I fully appreciate the sentiment, but I asked that he pull his amendment because he is going to kill the parent bill 910.

He has been active on twitter while on the floor. I both called and tweeted.

I believe what he is trying to do is the right thing. I believe in Constitutional Carry.

At this point I will take the progress we can get.

There are times to stand on principle and there are times to say enough is enough... :banghead:

The Senate Committee report said enough. This is a real waste of time. I too called and expressed my concern that this is endangering Open Carry as a whole. I politely requested that the Senator drop it and move on.
