He's talking about how the bill forces the college to make a "gun free zone" and that people with guns have to go to a "gun free zone"mojo84 wrote:You guys are suckers for punishment for watching this. We must reject the idea that every time a law’s broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for his actions. ~ Ronald Reagan ~

Mr. Turner is confused as to the meaning of "gun free zone". Sad.
What country can preserve its liberties if its rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance?
Re: SB11 & HB910 This week....
He's obviously confused about gun free zones. He said it doesn't make sense. He doesn't make sense.

This is how you address the House when the bill will pass and you can do nothing about it!

My thoughts exactly - Rep. Fletcher gave a great speech/explanation of SB11 a little bit ago, it seems as though these Dems ignored every word he said.RoyGBiv wrote:Wilfully ignorant.v7a wrote:The current Rep that's speaking against SB11 must the dumbest Rep I've heard speak this session.

He can't be dumb ! Sylvester Turner has been touted as the next mayor of Houston ! Yet he doesn't know what a gun FREE zone is. He's a lawyer, you'd think he would have better English comprehension.
