Passed 2nd reading... but with amendments. If passed on 3rd tomorrow, Either concurred by the Senate, or sent to conference (No where near enough time for that IMO).

So how many amendments passed and what were they? Is there going to be enough time left for conference to strip them out and then concurrence vote?

Amendment 1 passed... allowing an "opt out" of public universities with 2/3 concurrence from the university. HOWEVER, they have to opt-out of certain locations on the campus, not the entire campus.
