So, it passed the House on 3rd reading. What is the process from here? Back to Senate? Governor Abbot signs?

Back to Senate Committee, then back to whole Senate, then to Governor.

Will pass Senate 20-11 after much crying and sighing from liberals. Don't worry.

What makes Reps vote for these good amendments, but then vote against the bill?

All riiiiiiight!!!! That was a major open carry issue for me, that some lard-assed cop is going to wobble up to me... "justaminnit here, son, step over here for a second...."

I won't OC all the time, but when I do, I'm going to carry a copy of this code with me.

I just looked at the entire HB 910 and the effective date on it states Sept. 1st, 2015. Think that will get through the Senate?

I'm betting it will happen anyway in the beginning. Might want to carry a copy of the bill to show just in case. I would cooperate with the officer first and then hand him a copy.
