Just an FYI: the Blade Tech vertical single mag pouch with the BT clip can be used either vertical or you can remove the screws holding the clip and remount the clip so the mag pouch can be worn horizontally.
I needed a mag pouch for an M&P Shield. Since I was returning a holster to Blade-Tech, I decided to just do a partial exchange for a mag pouch from them. I wanted one that could be placed horizontally OWB. Us older ladies can be short waisted and a vertical mag pouch isn't the most accessible for me. Customer service said the clip on the pouch can not be converted to horizontal wear. I decided to order it anyway (the hand molded mag pouch) right hand (worn on left side) with bullets facing forward.
Well it came today, and upon looking it over, I could see it certainly could be used horizontally. I removed the screws mounting the clip, turned the pouch and replaced the clip on the pouch. Tightened them to hold the mag firmly and it works great! I wear it behind the hip on the left side and the bullets face down so they still are correctly oriented for the way I reload. And I don't have to do the chicken wing to try to get my spare mag out of the pouch for reloads and its much more comfortable to wear under an untucked shirt. YMMV

Re: Blade Tech Horizotal Mag Pouch for Shield
Thank You! That is the way I have always wore my magazine pouches, but I have had trouble finding one for the Shield.
