IWB for Sig Sauer SP2022 9mm ???
Does anyone know of an IWB holster that will work for the SP2022? With the evidently "new" rail up front, I have yet to find a production holster that says it is designed for it. It looks like I am going to have to go for a custom job! I've given up searching for them.

I didn't think the rail was "new" on the 2022. Mine is at least 5 years old and has the rail. I would call to confirm when you order a holster but I think all the 2022 holsters are for the railed version. (I've never seen one w/o rail- which doesn't really mean anything other then I haven't seen one. ....lol )

The only holster I can find is one on ebay and it says it wont fit.
iTAC
360 ROTO Paddle Holster
as the new rail is a true PICATINNY (MIL-SPEC) rail.
HOLSTER WILL FIT THE OLDER RAIL SYSTEM
SERIAL NUMBERS STARTING WITH SP AND 33

NOTE: Will NOT fit the new rail system SERIAL NUMBER 24AXXXXX OR 24BXXXXX series pistols

For what its worth I have a Comp Tac Minotaur IWB for a Beretta XD Compact and my Sig 2022 fit's it pretty good. Not perfect but well enough I don't need to get another holster for it and I'm not worried about it falling out etc. It's also very smooth on the draw.
I'm not saying to go out and get that one but I think it would work for you. Also, maybe go to a large gun store w/lots of holster choices and see if they will let you bring your gun in and try out different holsters to see if it will fit. I have a Cheaper than Dirt close to me and I've seen people their using their weapon or maybe one of the stores weapons to try out the holsters. I'm sure if you brought it in unloaded and let them check it out they would be OK with it.
