Having had a shoulder overhall last year and then falling and screwing it up again recently. I have difficulty in drawing from the strong side. Any suggestions on a good leather cross draw holster? I one being made but it is gonna be a couple months before its ready.

What gun?
A cheap ( $16 ) leatherDesantis Sof Tuck has adjustable cant and reverse cant works well for cross draw IWB if that's what you are looking for. http://www.google.com/search?q=sof+tuk& ... 1fdd569703" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Be careful, you may end up wearing your cheap Desantis more than your expensive one .... don't ask how I know
I wear the same holster in Nylon, Tuck This 2 ($29) every day (it has a spare mag pouch).
Tuckable, J-hook goes under the belt and almost disappears, variable cant and reverse cant.
I had shoulder surgery myself years ago, it gets better with time and the right exercises, but ... I know what you are going through .
Cant and reverse cant is adjustable. See the "curved slot" for the "front screw" on the tuckable clip You loosen both screws, swivel around on the back screw, then position and tighten both. The front screw position in the slot holds the cant/reverse cant. Stiff reinforced/gun belt is best.

Scary...
I was just shopping around for a crossdraw rig for long drives. I found the Desantis Sof-Tuck, then thought that I should check the forum to see what feedback everyone had regarding crossdraw holsters. At $16 each through Midway, I may end up with a few.
I guess great minds think alike!

I wear the Nylon Tuck This 2 when I fish or kayak, well, every day for the last year everywhere I go, but that's why I bought it, so my leather wouldn't get wet.

I'm carrying a Colt Govt. Thanks for the information. At that price it can't hurt to go ahead and order one or two.

True, and the "extra" money can be used for a good GUN BELT, if you don't have one already.
(Or a new one if you already have one) ... (Just don't tell the wife you saved money, else she'll have a new purse and shoes)
