New gun belt!
So my Last Christmas present came in today. It's a brown horsehide gun belt made by Bullhide Belts. Well the quality is great! Holds my g27 iwb desantis perfectly! So much better than my last belt made by Montana slings. I'd strongly recommend these guys for all your belt needs. They sent me a $5.00 off next order coupon so if anyone needs it pm me.

I bought one from them last year. Very good quality and plenty of styles to choose from. And made in the USA!

They are fantastic. I have a couple of their belts. I discovered the Velcro belts and I just love them.Craig8d8 wrote:So my Last Christmas present came in today. Get a Wilderness Tactical belt. They aren't leather, handle sweat, and are washable.garcia946 wrote:Ive been thinking about getting a good gun belt , only draw back for me , is during the summer I work in a sweat box so sweat a lot. Anyone have suggestions on a belt for someone that sweats a lot??

Re: New gun belt!
Looks similar to the 5.11 belt I have now , I'm just looking for another belt alittle stiffer but will work if I sweat a lot and not ruin a good belt.

Re: New gun belt!
i must have gotten a dud then i bought one and it was great for about a year and after that it softened up so much it wouldn't hold up a glock 19 without sagging =(

Re: New gun belt!
I am not familiar with this brand of belt. Does it have an internal [kydex] stiffener?GlockDude26 wrote:i must have gotten a dud then i bought one and it was great for about a year and after that it softened up so much it wouldn't hold up a glock 19 without sagging =(
I was also wondering if you ever used any kind of polish or leather treatment on your belt?
I also suggest a Wilderness Instructors belt for a very good nylon belt.
I recommend the Beltman bullhide belt for leather belts.

Re: New gun belt!
For leather, you gotta check out RG Gunleather. For Nylon, Wilderness tactical with the upgraded kydex insert and double stitching was my last stop. This belt will last me 5 years I bet so long as I don't go changing shapes.
