Belly Band Holster Input?

Hey Guy's,

I got a Ruger LCP to carry while at work. I move around quite a bit and thought about getting a belly band holster to tuck it away along with an extra mag. Has anyone tried one out? If so, please let me know the brand and how you liked it.

You might find the SmartCarry below the belly to be more comfortable and better concealing:

I have one each sized for LCP and Taurus 709 Slim and I like and wear both when I feel the need for extreme concealment.

Oppinions are going to vary here.
I have both. Like the belly band best of the 2. For me, more confortable, much easier to access.

If touchy contact is a worry then the Smart Carry may be the best for you.

I like the belly band. I got used to wearing a back brace for several years, and that's about how it fits. You need to wear it over a t-shirt. At least for me, it is not comfortable next to the skin. And, not the best for summertime as it will hold in the body heat.

But, with an LCP, why not just get a pocket holster and drop it in your pocket?

I have a Smart Carry, but I do not care for it. I have it hanging on my bed post which works well to keep my Kimber close at night. I am thinking a belly band will be better than a pocket holster for now because I am pretty active throughout the day at work right now. I think it would keep it out of harms way snugged up to my side rather than in my pocket. I am working on my graduate degree in construction management, and I work out in the field right now learning from the bottom up. I am walking around comparing plans to my measurements, checking grade, etc... so I don't feel real comfortable with it being in my pocket. I am not in the best part of town right now so I definitely want it on me at all times.
