well with my B-day coming up the wife and my 2 girls gave me the 350 Pistol class on the 17th thru the 21 of July it was a surprise to me when I got the letter from gunsite today with my class time and date on it .

well has anyone taken this class before and if you have can you tell me how it works.

I have had the 150 and 250 classes in the past and they where fun with lots to learn.

I think i need to find a place to get 1500 rds of 40 for my Glock 23 and this is a good reason to get a new holster and mag pouches . I see on there site they use alot of the blade tech stuff and it might be a good choice.

Hey 300. FWIW I'd go with either Blade Tech or Comp Tac. a couple of double mag holders and LOTS of magazines.

Happy Birthday, Have a good time and we expect a full report....

well I jsut ordered the blade tech and 3 of the 2 mag holders with another 6 mags that make me 12 mags. I have ordered 2500 rds. of blazer Brass ammo ina 180 gr.FMJ and 200 rds of Frag.ammo to boot.

thanks my B-day isn't until the 19th of July and I will be in class so its a good thing .

now to find me a small flashlight, I have a Surefire but its mounted on my M-4 and I really donen't want to remove it .I saw a Flashlight that looked likea Surefire but it was a mix of Zeon(sp) and LED's and was about 50.00 for it does anyone know of this light and if it will stand up to Gunsites class.

I plan on a full report .

well the first day is done, and it was spent mostly reviewing the Basics and the 250 class stuff, we did spend some time on the range working on the 5 point draw and how to defend you gun.

it was a might warm and better then what the wife said it was at home .

So, I have a few minutes to kill so I thought I would update you on the days fun.

Today was spent on class room lessons on target conveyance, protection of others.

we are going to work on the Shoot houses tonight and start doing the walk thru on the outer ranges .

tomorrow is the last day and its only a Half day with a get together for lunch and Awards and Certificates

Then i get to come home and post some ot the pictures I have .
