DFW for me also!

Houston's just too far for me to justify and think about those here who live in Lubbock or Amarillo or El Paso!

Just a thought Charles...

If you would do such a seminar in the Dallas area, I'm sure we would all kick in to pay your expenses.

Personal Protection in the Home (or Instructor) Class

If you only need a classroom, I can probably work that out for you. Let me know.
llwatson, TxInvestigator and anyone else interested:

As some of you may recall, I am an NRA Training Counselor, and Charles is an NRA Instructor. We are both certified in the Personal Protection in the Home discipline. If I came along with Charles we could do one of the following:

1. Put on an NRA Personal Protection Inside the Home class, with Charles' seminar as part of it. We could easily arrange it so those who want to attend the seminar but not take the class could be accommodated.
We would need a range for that. There is no drawing from a holster in that class, but there are some drills in the range work. The range work is a MINIMUM of 98 rounds.

2. Put on an NRA Personal Protection Inside the Home INSTRUCTOR class. I'll have to check to make sure, but there might not be a need for range work for the instructor class. If I'm right all we need is a room. Anyone who wants to attend will need to have had NRA Basic Instructor Training within the last 12 months ... there would not be time to do both for a one-day event.

Anyone interested please let me know. If there is interest I'll put together some more details and post them.

Thanx,
TraCoun
