..... But I do have a big problem with Texas residents that hold out-of-state CHLs who don't meet the Texas requirements, especially the DWI

Honestly, this is the FIRST reasonable (oh how I hate that word these days ) argument I've heard in favor of this bill.
I still don't agree with it, but I'll give you points for a valid argument.
