old "pull ball" knife

I was going thru some of my grampaws old knives and i found an old "pullball" would anyone be interested?

Do you have any pics? Does anyone know if they're considered a switchblade in Texas?

i am not sure if they are considered a switchblade. I can email you a pic, the one i have is too large for this site.pm me with email and i will send you a pic.If this is considered a switchblade I guess I should pull this topic.

I believe it's perfectly legal to own a switchblade, but it is unlawful to carry one. Which makes a lot of sense, since we can carry a concealed handgun.
I think selling one should be fine, but I am not a lawyer.
