WTS/WTT - Sig P239 .40 S&W

I recently received a Sig P239 .40 S&W in a trade from a friend. I love my 9mm P239 but don't have a need for this second in .40. So the .40 is for sale or
trade.
The previous owner told me it has ~400 rounds through it. I have not put any more through, just cleaned it. It has no holster wear marks.
Includes 2 mags and a black SafariLand pancake holster (3 slot full size holster with retention snap) original box with generic SigSauer pistol book.
I'm looking for $550 for the gun/mags/holster. Or I'd like to pick up an AR15 or M-faux (.223). Obviously a rifle trade may require some cash out of pocket from me and I'd like to keep it to a couple hundred. So if you've got your first or a project never finished send me a build list and any info.
I am in Austin but could travel up to 100 miles. Could maybe do Houston in two weeks. Can ship though much prefer FTF. I don't need a bill of sale but I do need to verify CHL.

I already have a 239, but do you have any idea what grips those are?

They say Sig Arms on them, though they look like Hogue. They are thicker than the hard plastic grips on my other 239. They feel good in hand.

Very clean SIG -- and a decent price. Any specific trades that you're looking for?

I'm looking to build up my first AR. I've got a pretty nice kit laid out on the brownell's AR builder, which has me leaning towards just getting cash, but I'll spell out the parts I am thinking about:
Spikes Lower (no stupid skull/zombie on the side)
Quality trigger (RRA 2 stage)
Flat top (Wilson)
Big fan of free float tube and not the quad rail cheese gratters out there.
Not too concerned with furniture for now, though I like the ergo grips. Also not overly concerned with optics.
The goal is a hunting gun that I can run 2-3 gun with.
I don't need a complete gun either, if you've got parts we can work a good swap.

This is a good deal on the P239 considering the condition, extra mag and the grips..... This deal should go quick! I love my .40 P239 and wouldn't trade it for anything!

What kind of sights are on the gun and what rating would you give the overall condition in terms of %?
Thanks!

The gun has the stock Sig white sights, which consist of a dot on the front and a single line under the groove on the back. Both Sig size 8. On my carry Sig I blacked-out the white on the back and used hi glow orange paint to fill in the front. Very easy to see in nearly all light conditions.
As for rating the gun, I have no experience. I pulled it apart last night while I was cleaning my other guns and other than the standard markings on the inside from being fired (slide marks on the barrel) its very near new. The previous owner did not store (in the box in a safe not wiped in oil) it how I would have so it soaked up a lot of gun oil after I recleaned it. No major wear marks on the interior and none at all on the exterior. The rubber grips are about the only spot where the gun shows any age. As with all rubber with age it can get dingy looking. I did not have the time, but a good washing with a mild dish soap would probably be sufficient to clean it up. Though if you are going to carry this gun I don't think it would matter (rubber grips pick up lint when carried in pockets and IWB).
I'll expand my delivery radius. Waco/San Marcos/Giddings and just about anywhere in between. If you live West of Austin we can talk.
