WTS FTF Houston 270 WSM

I have a used Win M70 Black Shadow 270 WSM for sale.

I have hunted with the rifle for 6 years and have taken a dozen animals with it, but have decided I need to consolidate to fewer cartridges to load for, for logistics reasons. The rifle has a little wear showing from riding in a rack, and the usual bluing off the bolt, but I learned to clean rifles in the Marines and I always cleaned it after a hunt, or any range session. The trigger breaks at right around 3.5 lbs on my scale.

I'd like to sell this as a package if possible: Rifle, Leupold two piece bases and rings (lapped), RCBS dies and shell holder, 50 rounds loaded with 150gr Nosler Partitions (IMR 4350 and H4831sc, both below max), 18 Winchester Supreme factory rounds with 140gr Bonded, 86 150gr Nosler Partition bullets, 125 130gr Nosler Solid Base bullets.

I figure separately, this stuff is probably worth $450. I will sell the whole pile to the first "I'll take it" for $350.

I would like to do the deal FTF in the Houston area, to ensure the buyer's satisfaction with the deal, and to avoid FFL and shipping issues. I believe at this price point, this package should make someone very satisfied.

If someone wants to buy the rifle alone, I will then sell off the dies, ammo and components separately, but I would like to give it a little time, to find a buyer for the whole shooting match.
