Selling some of my small collection

I find myself needing to sell some of my collection to meet a medical obligation. I prefer to meet FTF, but I do have access to FFL if needed. I am located in Irving, not far from the mall.

First up: Para-Ordnance P-12. SOLD

Taurus Raging Bull 44 magnum no longer available.

Next on the list is a Mosin/Nagant 91/30, made in 1943. I haven't shot this yet, so it's still got cosmoline on it. It comes with the oiler, sling and a bayonet. I'll throw in the 40 rounds of ammo I have. I'd like to get $100 for this.

AR15 SOLD.

You wont need and FFL to ship within Texas. Just dont use USPS.

The problem is that previous sellers have learned that there is no carrier that will accept a handgun for shipment between non-licensees in Texas.

To get around that, you must have a receiving FFL for handguns.

No, handguns may be shipped within state from one individual to another by a common carrier without going through an FFL. See http://www.atf.gov/firearms/faq/unlicen ... ms-carrier" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

As already noted the law is irrelevant because none of the carriers will actually deliver handguns between private parties. Legal = yes, possible = no.

Unless it just changed recently, FedEx and Lone Star Overnight would take the shipments.
