I've made a couple of good trades on this site. In fact, my 1911 Kimber was one of those trades.Oldgringo wrote:Did y'all look here?
Good luck and safe hunting, y'all. We don't want none of you falling out of trees or shooting each other...in the bushes or anywhere else.

I did not see it mentioned here, but Academy has remington 700 ADL's in 243, .270, 7 MM Mag, 7MM-08, 25-06, 30-06. Your choice for $349.99. Plus, you could get a nikon pro-staff 3-9x40 for 169.99 or a leupold rifleman 3-9x40 for 199.99. Still need to get the mounts and rings, which should cost you around $50.00 for both. After sales tax, you will prob be just above your budget ($620 app). I would go with either the .243, .270, or 30-06 and prob not the .243 if I was going for anything larger than deer. These are the most prevalent calibers and as such, seem to have the easiest ammo to find.
