RIA 1911 (TRADED)
Rock Island Armory M1911-A1 (.38 Super)
I got this 1911 a little while ago, but it isn't quite what I am looking for. I have some other things I'd like to invest in, so I would like to sell it. I have not personally fired it, but the gentleman I got the gun from said that it had less than 2 boxes through it. I believe him. This gun is in "immaculate" shape! It is in LIKE NEW condition.
IF you want a nice 1911 to carry with something a little different than a 45 then this is it.
Here is an article about this gun - http://www.gunweek.com/2004/feature0301.html
$400
It comes with...
the original padded case
1 Magazine (9 round)
45 rounds of Winchester .38 Super +P 130 grain ammo

Re: RIA 1911 (FTF in DFW)
DH and I have almost the same gun in .45 cal., and I love it! I highly recommend RIA. It's solid steel and shoots like a champ. Neither one of us has fired one in the caliber being shown, but if it is anything like the .45, it's a good buy. IMHO

Re: RIA 1911 (FTF in DFW)
As some of you know, I am a big RIA FAN.. The only RIA MODEL I don't have is the medium size ( commander) and the longslide. These guns are great functioning right out of the box. They have the best customer service service in the industry (IMHO)... Please don't drop the price because if you do I might end up buying it, please don't
Good Luck on your sale!!

Re: RIA 1911 (FTF in DFW)
Thanks for the bumps and positive comments! I really like this gun, which is why I haven't taken any of the offers of $350-$375. If I don't get the $400 then I guess I'll just keep it.
