Good. I actually looked at my SA 1911A1 this morning & thought about my Dr. bills at this time. Held it long enough to check the Mag & press check the pipe. Put it down & said out loud. I dont want to sell it at any price. It is too good a shooter.

It would be a simple matter to call and inquire whether he is the maker and if something is offered for Kimber.

I've talked to T.J. and he is the maker of the shims you see on Brownells. He has been making and selling them through Brownells for years. I believe they are just for the Series 80 Colts. It is an entirely different FPS than the Swartz FPS you have in the Kimber and Smith&Wesson 1911's.
