Mass shooting is defined by 4 or more shot. Here we have 1 killed and 4 wounded so it seems to qualify as a mass stabing.

But the French Sheeple praise the police for responding in less than five minutes to save them from this knife wielding terrorist. So the terrorist wandered around trying to knife or slash other people that entire time before the police arrived.

Why not invite people who hate you into your midst? And not just a few, millions...
While I've mentioned pols are 'our slickest criminals' for their own gain, I neglected to mention they get to fashion our methods of opposing terrorism i.e., just die and quit complaining.
Most, no not all, should be given the Benito Mussolini treatment...they are an evil bunch of criminals willing to let you die to stay in power, whether it's Cleveland, Houston, or Paris, France....politicians should be subject to what everyone else is subject to...if they were, things would quickly change.....
