Of course a CNN person throws in "handgun" without knowing. Fox reported he had a BB gun and paintball gun. Geeze.

Suspect was shot by police. Wounded.

Radio reported suspect had bushy beard.

Targeted people on bicycle path. Sounded like he went 30 blocks on path.

The vehicle kept driving south until it hit another vehicle, police said. At that point, the suspect, who was "displaying imitation firearms," got out of the vehicle and was shot by responding officers, authorities said.

And vowed to discredit any attempts by ISIS or other Islamic terror groups to claim responsibility.

The same procedure for obtaining a drivers license as for a carry permit, at least for some folks, could be a solution.

Didn't this type of attack occur in NYC just this past May? It is dangerous to be a pedestrian or biker in NYC. So, why does NY and California want to be sanctuaries?

It is unlikely that ISIS will claim responsibility if this was theirs. They consider it a failure if the attacker lives and is captured, therefore not becoming a martyr in their eyes.

They have distanced themselves from such attacks in the past, despite later evidence proving that it was an ISIS "soldier".

Of course the anti's will be quick to point out that if he had access to real firearms there would have been many more killed - therefore in their mind this proves gun control works.

Obama immigrant.

NBC expert could not think of a single way to prevent an attack like this.

They should keep this guy in shackles 24/7 to prevent suicide while in custody.

I know, I've seen lots of pictures of trucks... so yeah, I'm pretty much an expert.
I was even a truckowner once, I had a license for it..
I support the right to own a truck, but .... but .... but we need to limit the capacity and put governors on the motors to limit their speed, that's a loophole, yeah more government that's the answer
