How are you going to stop them?

Containment is do-able. "Stopping" an idea is much more difficult.

Opening McDonalds and burger kings over there and giving them jobs isn't going to do it.

Diplomacy isn't working. Guess the answer is kill them before they kill us.

Killings are going on almost daily. What is your solution? What will be your answer when it becomes more common on our turf?

what we need is an attention getter.
a coordinated same day effort MASSIVE

50 mile radius around each stronghold they have. no matter which country or continent , boko haram, isis, taliban, isil etc. this might include Iran and Saudi.

start at 50 miles and do a full circle around the stronghold solid carpet bombing make a 50 mile diameter mote
next day 40 mile repeat
then 30 mile
then back to 40
then 30 , then 20 then 10 then finally level what remains inside the 50 mile hole.
use daisy cutters on the mountains and MOAB's , tomahawks, incendiary especially, we have lots of wwII heavy munitions and lots of subs with nasty missiles.
