I hope his collision deductible is lower than his theft deductible.

The average time on death row prior to execution in Texas is 10.26 yrs. The shortest length of time 248 days & the longest 24 yrs.

Not gonna happen. Supremes say no death penalty for those convicted of committing capital crimes as a juvenile.
