A man who fatally shot a robber was justified, the city prosecutor has determined.

Interesting, I wonder if there was a connection between the subcontractor and the robber. Perhaps the subcontractor knew he was going to be paid that day and told someone.

One thing Obama has done well.
Even if he didn't mean to.
There are more guns in the hands of lawful citizens
today than when he took office. And the number is growing rapidly.
