Texas Woman, Allegedly Shoots Husband Over Cat

“The husband was trying to do something to the cat and the wife was just trying to protect her cat,” said Assistant Chief Mark Herman of Harris County Precinct 4.
Miller was arrested on the scene and has been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
so now the question is: does she have a right to protect her property? after all the cat was hers and he was going to shoot it !!

There was a TV news report on this incident last night. She was charged with aggravated assault.
