-One security guard was shot and survived, he is now at the hospital receiving treatment.
-The suspect walked into the FRC office, mumbled some words about disagreeing with FRC's beliefs and opened fire
FRC was one of the organizations labeled as a hate group during the Chick-Fil-A "boycot".

A security guard at the Family Research Council was shot and wounded Wednesday morning after a scuffle with a man who expressed disagreement with the group’s conservative views in the lobby of the group’s headquarters in downtown Washington
Good thing those Liberals don't like guns in DC or someone could get shot by a Liberal ... </sarcasm>

He's a coward from every angle you can look at him.

Yup, gotta love how someone who was probably complaining the loudest about "HATE!" was doing the ultimate hating - by trying to commit
mass murder
...the shooter pulled a Sig Sauer 9 mm handgun...
...Authorities found two loaded magazines with 15 rounds each in the suspect's backpack, as well as Chik-fil-A promotional materials...
...Corkins had been volunteering at a community center for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people, the Associated Press reported...

So Corkins walks in carrying CFA stuff, thinking this will camouflage him. The guard doesn't buy it, and confronts him. There's a physical struggle, and Corkins shoots the guard,
but the guard subdues him anyway. Booyah! And major kudos, since Corkins had 45 rounds of ammo. I am certain he was intent on mass casualties.
BTW, to their credit, 25 GLBT groups have all
condemned the attack
