The above link is a text-and-video story of a disgruntled ex-boyfriend (it was over for ONE YEAR) who
entered the home of his girlfriend and her new boyfriend. The BG had just been served a restraining order
and was angry about it.

He entered the home armed with a shotgun (with 24 shells) and a pistol (brand/model/caliber unstated).
He told the 2 he was there to kill them.

The GG took up a defensive position laying on the floor at the top of the stairs. When the BG reached the
2nd floor landing, the GG shot his revolver with his OFF HAND and killed the attacker. This was the first
time that he had ever fired his revolver.

Check out the damage that the BG did with his shotgun. He had shot up the stairs and peppered the bathroom
door and the bathroom.

It appears that the GG used the proper defensive tactic of waiting for the BG to come to him.
The top of the stairs was the fatal funnel for the BG.

Hmm... wonder what the Anti 2A's would say about this one. Probably something like, the ex would not be in murder mode if there was more gun control..... tisk.

I dont get this, I was with my ex for 10 years, she walked out 2 months before the wedding and was with someone else within 2 weeks. I never thought once about hurting anyone, I hope her or her family didnt think so either. I know they were concerned because they knew how many firearms I own, which I keep all loaded and chambered (single, no kids), but I never once thought about using them offensively. I stopped carrying for about 2 months to put everyone at ease, but I was not comfortable at all without it.
