A 22 year old black man claims self defense after shooting a white Hispanic in Arizona. Charges have not been filed, and the family is demanding his arrest. The Arizona Stand Your Ground law is being invoked in the case.

Not really much info to go on. It'll be interesting to see what happens in the coming weeks.

Generally your dog walkers are a pretty violent group, I certainly would have been afraid for my life, especially since I was in my car.

My speculation-o-tron is worn out from the Zimmerman case I will simple wait for the verdict. Inoccent until proven guilty, or some junk, right?

Well then we need to start some other crapola somewhere, maybe Korea or covertly encouraging the Israelis to bomb Iran and then counter that with harsh language against one of our allies. We wouldn't want you to be distracted by the election of the next President and the facts of the economy and nation as she stands today. The media is accomplishing their goal. Reelect the divider in chief by side stepping the facts.

Shooter was in his car. Adkins swung his fists at him a couple of times. Hard to see how he could have been in danger of his life, but who knows what the real facts are.

Have to wait to see how the facts develop.

However I bet Jackson and Sharpton don't intervene in this one, nor does the FBI, Holder or the President.

Interesting how it is difficult to find any mainstream news reports on this even from Phoenix.

Another white Hispanic, eh?

When I was a 'yoot', many, many moons ago, there were only three races of people: Negroid, Mongoloid and Caucasian. That was it, you were either one or another and I think (?) that classification was determined by the mother's genetic makeup.

Nowadays, it seems there are a whole bunch of different races of people and people can even choose in which group they want to be a member, or they can rename their race if they have issues with a previously identified group of people or their genetic classification.

Have we come a long way or what?

I think the media knew their manufactured news wouldn't go anywhere if they reported a 15-30yo black male killed by a 15-30yo hispanic male.

Looking at the photos from court, that's the most logical explanation why they called Zimmerman white.

I think this is kind of how the first CHL shooting happened here in Texas. A small guy in a car had done something to upset a very large man in another car and the large guy got out and preceded to beat on the little guy, who ended up shooting and killing the larger guy. I think the little guy was no billed due to the disparity of size and capability of the larger guy to smash the little guy that thought he was going be killed by the larger guy.
