Whole thing is kinda odd. This only adds to it.
Apparently this shooter also liked to use the legal system to sue the police.
He now has Quannel X helping him, as he apparently is a victim of the justice system. That is after having shot and killed an elderly female stranger who was with a friend to help with VA benefits and critically shot his daughter and ran her over with his car, just before she was to appear as a witness against him, where he is charged with molesting her.
"Just snapped" is the new phrase to describe criminal behavior, when it isn't your fault.

Had the cops not tracked him down so quickly he would be dead. I talked to a guy I know who works at RCI where the guy ran to and they worked him over pretty good and two of the guys had gone outside to get there guns out of their trucks but the cops saw them and stopped them before they could go back in and finish the job. The dirtbag did have a grazing wound to the head from one of the cops at the courthouse and several bullets in his body just not enough to kill him.

It looked expensive. I can't afford guns like that, let alone attorneys to sue police departments.
