Seriously, this is what is scary. Even with my regular carry Glock 19/32 or Ruger SR1911, you'd be way outgunned. Criminals are stepping up their game.
This also leads to my current theory (I say theory because unless, God forbid, I'm confronted, I'm not 100% sure how I'll react)... my theory that in a situation with armed robbers, I will flee if possible, and if not, hide & wait giving myself the element of surprise. Trying to play mall ninja 'hero' will almost surely get you killed.

I don't read the comments on articles unless I am board. The majority of these posts are trolls looking to try and start a fight.

First is 3 guys with AK-47's, then it is 2 guys with a shotgun and a long rifle. They should get their facts right. Maybe this is what they use to id firearms.

BINGO! Those "reporters" run with this stuff, no matter how inaccurate, for a number of reasons. First, they want to attract as much attention to THEIR station or media outlet as possible. Second, they are largely IGNORANT of firearms and just go with something they've heard of. Third, a large portion of them are anti-firearm (as they have been trained to be) and use language that will make gun owners look bad as well as aiding any ideas within the public-at-large's mind that MORE gun control laws are needed. These so-called journalists disgust me and SHOULD be ashamed of themselves, but of course, the thought would never even enter their addled minds.

I would be more apt to believe the video report as he stated 'Investigators say they were armed with a shotgun and long rifle.'
