And every single student on that campus is a sitting duck and can do nothing but try to block the door.

Hopefully this will not be forgotten in 2013 legislature when we take up campus carry again. This is personal for me as I've worked in the (unarmed) security department at a private university since the dark ages. They still have the not here attitude even though we've had multiple incidents on campus over the years involving firearms. If campus carry were to pass at least the security department could depend on the students to protect them.

Person detained at the performing arts center was not the suspect. The BG is still at large.

I just heard the LEO suffered a fatal wound.

I am sure there are people 'locked-down' that wish campus carry was in effect.
