and he was charged with aggravated discharge of a firearm.

He was "distracted", maybe by a roundhouse kick?

That gave me a good chuckle, goes to prove the point about people just giving up when a robber threatens them. Seems like his plan backfired and now he's recieved a good ol fashioned butt whoopin and a hole in the ankle.
