Of course the headline added the word "alleged":
Road rage alleged as man dies of beating
A 68 year-old Vietnam vet was beaten to death by a 32 year-old man who outweighed him by 100 lbs. A minor traffic accident, the victim tried apologizing but ended up on the ground being kicked to death. There is a reason for the saying "God made man, but Samuel Colt made them equal". Too bad the victim was unarmed.

i hope this guy ends up in prison for at least 30 years, repeatedly beaten in the same manner he dished out upon this poor old vet.

Awful. (Where's the :cry smilie?)
Denise Damron said her father never had a lot of money but would always do whatever he could for them. She said she grieves because her father will never know the child she is carrying, due in November.

Someone needs to have it arranged so he can be a recipient of a Darwin Award. We definitely do no want him to procreate.
